Shipping Domestic

All Domestic orders are shipped USPS Ground or otherwise notified on checkout. Due to COVID and Holiday delays we are shipping UPS ground at no additional costs to you. We expect 3-10 days for orders to be received within the US.

Returns

We will gladly exchange an item for online or store credit. Before sending the item back, please contact our Customer Service team to confirm the reason why you are wishing to return. Request for return must be made within 2 days of receiving the product. All item(s) to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with original tags attached. Please send tracking number of the return within 5 days after receiving the goods. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursements or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SVesna team.
